This time I made some Chocolate chip cookies and instead of video taping it I tried just taking photos.
preheat your oven to 350 degrees, the original post I got this recipe from said to set it to 375 but your cookies will become flat and overcooked that way. Add flour, baking soda and salt into a small bowl and combine. Then set it aside.
Next in a mixing bowl add brown sugar, granulated sugar, vanilla extract and unsalted softened butter. Combine till smooth.
Add eggs one at a time, beat well before adding the next one.
Slowly add in the dry ingredients.
Once you have successfully added in the dough, fold in chocolate chips.
Put in an UNGREASED pan and bake for 11 to 13 minutes. Enjoy!
So I followed the original recipe and accidentally greased my pan. When I followed the specific recipe the cookies turned out flat and the edges were over done. We looked around and found out that we had to lower our temp and add more flour. In the end it turned out much better. Those cookies didn’t last long.
