Delicious Cookies ‘n Cream Oreo Fudge Brownies

I was on Pinterest the other day looking for some ideas for this weeks dessert when I came across this super yummy Cookie ‘n Cream Oreo Fudge Brownies. If you want to check out our Pinterest click here.

So the actual post was a little vague on somethings but besides that everything else was pretty straight forward.  To make this recipe you will need:

  1. Brownie Mix
  2. 1/4 cup of Hot fudge (at room temp)
  3. 16 Oreos (We got double stuffed because why not right?)
  4. 1/2 a cup of cookies and cream ice cream (This will be a substitute for the required water on the brownie box)
  5. Eggs and oil (as called on the brownie mix box)

Set you oven at the required temp that is labeled on your brownie mix box and grease an 8×8 pan.  Combine Brownie mix eggs and oil that is required on the box, in place for the water put in a 1/2 cup of Cookies ‘n Cream ice cream. Add in the fudge and combine. Pour half of the brownie mix into the pan and then place 16 Oreos. Add the rest of the brownie mix and put it in the oven for the amount of time labeled on the box, this is usually 40-55 minuets.

Tip: You might think your brownie isn’t done because the brownie is still sticking to your toothpick when checking it. Brownies should stick a little to the toothpick, so small of amount of brownie on the toothpick is a good indicator that your brownies are done.

Final Thoughts:

The brownies were really good. Add some Cookie ‘n Cream ice cream to enhance it. If you live in a family of seven, be sure to double this recipe or you wont even be able to get a slice!
