Healthy Collaboration

Collaborating with a team is a good way to add multiple perspectives on one topic and keep things interesting. Many times people end up in an unhealthy collaborative situation. This happened to me and my sister a lot. We would get put into a group for a school project and would end up having to do most if not all the work. Other times we would pitch ideas in our group and then  be shut down before we could even talk about it. Having your ideas rejected before even talking about them or having all the work thrown on you is an example of an unhealthy collaboration. The best way to fix this is to speak up for your self. You have a voice and it deserves to be heard. Stay Confident!
