Make-up Your Own Success

Just like the last woman I interviewed here is another strong and successful mother, Jen Sissel. She is a mother to two beautiful kiddos, a wife, an entrepreneur, and a make-up lover. Here she is to be apart of our interviews on success collection.

Interviewer:

Do you feel that you are successful?

Jen:

Yes. Being successful isn’t always what you see… its experiencing failure but you keep on trucking. Staying consistent.

Interviewer:

What do you do for a living?

Jen:

Direct sales. Sell Younique cosmetics

Interviewer:

What skills do you have to have for your line of work?

Jen:

Positive attitude, consistency, follow through, be willing to step outside your comfort zone

Interviewer:

What do you like most about your work?

Jen:

I love interacting with people and helping them feel/find confidence. Uplifting, empowering and validating women.

Interviewer:

Do you feel that your work is just a job or that it is something you like to do and just happen to get paid for it?

Jen:

My ‘job ‘ Is definitely a passion so I love what I do and its a bonus to get paid.

Interviewer:

Do you travel, if so out of all the places you have been which one is your favorite?

Jen:

Punta Canta has been my favorite destination so far

Interviewer:

What do you do in your free time?

Jen:

Work 🙂 I’m a stay at home mama so work is my escape

Interviewer:

What advice would you give to someone who wants to be successful?

Jen:

Stay consistent. Do the things.

Interviewer:

How do you stay motivated?

Jen:

My family motivates me

Interviewer:

What kinds of people inspire you?

Jen:

Strong women…mothers

Interviewer:

If you were given five hundred dollars right now and could only use it to help someone other than yourself, how would you use it?

Jen:

Pay a few bills for a friend struggling
